With exclusive insights from cast and crew, including director Patty Jenkins, production designer Aline Bonetto, and Diana herself, Gal Gadot, this volume is the ultimate guide to the past, present, and future of one of the most iconic heroes in the world – Wonder Woman.

Wonder Woman has been one of my favorites for as long as I can remember. Wonder Woman to me embodies – Strength, Independence, Focus, Power, Courage, and most of all Grace.

Wonder Woman: The Art and Making of The Film by Sharon Gosling is the ultimate Wonder Woman collector’s item. Readers will take a journey behind the scenes of this memorable Wonder Woman movie. The book starts with an introduction from Director Patty Jenkins – she gives her thoughts on the making of the film.

When I removed the dust jacket of the book – I gasped. And with each page I turned I felt myself gasping a few more times. Sometimes as movie goers we forget about how much work that goes on behind the scenes. Every detail has to be precise – even down to the kind of material used for the costumes, props, lighting, etc.

I enjoyed reading some of the backstories of different scenes in the movie. Now when I watch the movie again, I will be able to see how hard it was to pull off that scene even though it looked effortless on the scene.

This book gives me an even deeper respect for the process of movie making. If you are a fan of Wonder Woman – you will love and appreciate this book.

As much as I want to give away the beautiful surprise that awaits readers in the Wayne Enterprises envelope in the back of the book – I will keep that to myself. You will have to purchase the book to find that out.
