Lost and Found is an inspiring story of a mother's love and resilience to fight the fight worth fighting. After a three-month relationship that went from bad to worse, Olivia Thompson struggles with being a single mother at the age of forty and the guilt it brings, not to mention that she's lost her bearings when she learns the father of her child harbors secrets. When Olivia finds herself in a fierce court battle she meets with an attorney and finds love in the process. Lost and Found spans nineteen months, three cities, a pregnancy, and a birth, and now with a baby in tow, the horrific lies begin to unravel, but the court system doesn't seem to want to take a stand. Rather than get caught up in the exhausting dysfunction and her ex's attempt to kill her, Olivia seeks the help of a counselor who empowers her to find herself and her faith that was once lost to stand strong.

In Lost and Found we meet Olivia Thompson VP of Marketing for an advertising firm located in Charlotte who has just broken up with Clyde Walters, a man who she has had a short relationship with despite bells clanging in her head to notify her “This is NOT the one!”.

But sadly like some women do, she tried and failed to make it work but when she misses her period that is a life changing moment for both she and Clyde.

Clyde is a mysterious man full of secrets and who while bent out of shape at the way Olivia has tried to end things still wants to be a part of her life when she tells him of the life changing moment that will impact them both.

Mona Soliman has written a story that could change the person who is dealing with and in a dysfunctional relationship. At least would hope it would. As we know once in this type of relationship, it is hard to tell someone the person they are with is not the one. In this story, Olivia knows he is wrong for her, but she tries to do the right thing.

The story had some flow issues for me but not enough to keep me from recommending it. Buy this book about overcoming a bad relationship and creating a new life as we do when it seems insurmountable.
