“Be Grateful for the small things, and you will get blessed with the big things.” – Jerry LaVigne (Grapevines)

I wasn’t in the best of moods when I came across this book on my Kindle. But the cover of this e-book was so inviting I couldn’t stop help but to click Purchase.

Pluie doesn’t have much in fact he is homeless, but he wakes up every morning being grateful for everything that a lot of us take for granted. This beautiful story serves as a reminder to always be grateful for everything you have. So many times we are concentrating on what we don’t have that we fail to notice the blessings that surrounds us every day. Waking up to a brand new day is a blessing within itself. There are so many beautiful things that await us when we concentrate on the positive things.

The illustrations are captivating and will keep the reader’s attention. When reading a children’s book – the illustrations & story goes hand in hand. Pluie excelled in both categories. I finished this book with one of the biggest smiles on my face.

I will be purchasing the hardcover at a future date. This is a book that I would be proud to have on my shelf.
