Following a nationwide hunt for a modern day hero, we are proud to reveal the winner of Mills & Boon’s Man of the Year campaign, Courtney Hayles, on the cover of this special edition Valentine’s book, It Had To Be You.

With two Mills & Boon stories that treat you to two favourite heroes, in two contrasting romantic settings, this book is the ultimate package for a hit of romance this Valentine’s Day.

Molly Cooper’s Dream Date

Molly Cooper has travelled all the way to London to find her dream man! The trouble is, the sexy emails with hot millionaire Patrick Knight – the man she swapped houses with – are strangely addictive. But what do you do when you realise the one you really want is a world away…sleeping in your bed?

Shipwrecked with Mr Wrong

Conservationist Honor Brier loves working in her island paradise. It’s the perfect place to lick her wounds in peace…until arrogant playboy Rob Dalton is shipwrecked on its shores. Yet Rob’s passion for life is impossible to resist – and he’s infuriatingly attractive! Could Mr Wrong actually be oh-so-right?

It Had To Be You

Review

“One thing’s for sure,” she said. “Nothing romantic like that is ever going to happen to me. Not on this Island.”

Molly Cooper loves watching romance movies and dreams of the day she will find her Mr. Right. Opportunity presents itself in the form of swapping apartments with a spicy millionaire named Patrick Knight. Will Molly dreams of falling in love finally come true?

This is my first read from Barbara Hannay, and it definitely won’t be my last. Barbara Hannay created unforgettable engaging characters along with witty dialogue. I enjoyed reading the email dialogue between the characters – it felt as though I was peeking into their personal life. Then again… I was – that’s what made this read so enjoyable. Everyone dreams of falling in love and/or having someone who sweeps them off their feet.

Shipwrecked with Mr. Wrong – Nikki Logan was another great read by an author I wasn’t familiar with. Honor Brier is used to being alone on her Paradise Island until she gets an unwelcome guest. Will she be able to contain herself when the sparks begin to fly?

I enjoyed Shipwrecked. It was quick & entertaining read. This is another author that will be on my radar.
