I will admit that I felt overwhelmed with the WHOLE 30 book so when I saw this companion book in the library – I decided to pick it up.

Each day there are Melissa’s motivation, FAQ section, Community Inspiration, Reflection space and much more. There are so many helpful tips and hacks in this book – it felt as though Melissa was right there letting me know she would be here if/when I start my journey.
There were times I forgot this was a library book and almost started highlighting pages. I will definitely purchase a personal copy for myself – so I can try to conquer the Whole 30. Finally…
