Review

The story begins with Alexander Barrett former NBA star, opening Champs a state of the art sport and athletic center located in Boulder, Colorado when he soon meets one of the new hires Dr. Sarai Montri a former Miss Thailand and sparks fly immediately.

Unfortunately for Alexander, he learns the beautiful doctor has not only arrived with his brother the famous twin Zachary “The Hammer” Barrett who holds three world belts and the poster child of product endorsements who has returned home and wants to have his brother help him train for a big fight but Alexander isn’t having it. He has never forgiven him for a past indiscretion and not sure he ever will as they haven’t spoken for years, and that is just fine with Alexander. Not only has Zachary arrived in town with Dr. Sarai – Alexander learns she is also going to stay in a house with his estranged brother. This is a “Wait, WHAT..?” moment for Alexander and he isn’t sure what to do now.

I enjoyed this story as it has all the elements you want tension, romance, twists and turns and well-developed characters. I especially enjoyed the look into the Thai culture, as it was fascinating.

While the story was well written, I did find a few errors I chalk up to this being an ARC (Advance Reading Copy) I received to write this review.

I highly recommend this book and will read more work written by this author. Buy this book!
