Review

If you haven’t read Miss Peregrine’s Home of Peculiar Children trilogy, you are truly missing out on one of the greatest adventures of your reading life.

Library of Souls starts off right where Hollow City ends; Jacob & Emma are searching for their friends that were kidnapped by Caul, (Miss Peregrine’s brother). Jacob also discovers a new gift, but I won’t spoil it for you. It was nice to witness Jacob’s growth from the first book to this book. Jacob and Emma’s friendship/relationship continues to blossom throughout this book. The readers are introduced to more exciting & interesting characters in this installment.

Ransom Riggs delivers a magnificent conclusion to this phenomenal trilogy. The black & white photographs continues to play a part in Mr. Riggs storytelling in this fantasy novel.  The author ties up loose ends and unanswered questions from the previous two books. When I finished reading this book – I felt as though I was leaving some friends behind. That’s the beauty of having the collection on my shelf – I can reread it over and over.

I’m OFF TO THE LOOP!!
